It’s our goal to help these youth build a strong knowledge base of Wyoming’s vast resources, allowing them to become informed citizens, critical thinkers, and—above all—responsible stewards for our state’s future.
We accomplish that by:
Assisting Wyoming educators and students in developing a scientific, economic, and cultural understanding of Wyoming’s main economic drivers
Creating, providing, and promoting quality educational materials on Wyoming’s main economic drivers in alignment with the Wyoming Content and Performance Standards
Managing the strategic and fiduciary responsibilities of Wyoming Agriculture in the Classroom to maintain its role as a leading source for agriculture and natural resource education
This curriculum is a free, ready-to-teach curriculum for Wyoming educators and students grades 2-5 — designed to minimize teacher prep needs and integrate with existing standards to simplify the process. Students will explore Agriculture, Minerals & Energy, and Outdoor Recreation & Tourism throughout the 12 units that include hands-on activities and cross-curricular lessons unique to the state.
Founded as the Wyoming Stewardship Project, Wyo Wonders continues the legacy established by years of supporting Wyoming classrooms with stewardship-focused educational resources.
